The biggest annoyance was just the lack updates from Austin. When I dropped off the car he informed me it 'should take 2.5-3 hours but it could go into 4 hours'. That is fine, but I didn't get an update Austin. When I dropped off the car he informed me it 'should take 2.5-3 hours but it could go into 4 hours'. That is fine, but I didn't get an update from him until it had been 6 hours, and it ultimately took 7.5 hours. Overall Austin provided great service, and I'm very pleased with the overall experience. Many needed maintenence items were done for my car and my car was brought in for regular maintenance and after the fact a few issues were caused due to not test driving the vehicle. If one test drive was don car was brought in for regular maintenance and after the fact a few issues were caused due to not test driving the vehicle. If one test drive was done then it would have been caught that a spark plug had been broken in cylinder 2 and the oil leak would have been discovered as well More

Tristian greeted me promptly to get me checked in for an oil change and tire rotation. He reviewed the process and gave me what turned out to be a very good estimate of my wait time.
