They try to overcharge an upsell everything. They wanted to replace my cabin air filter for $73. The filter cost me $21 at AutoZone and it took me 60 seconds to put it in myself. This is my first time using Norm Reeves Honda for a true service issue despite for recall repair. I came to get my side passenger mirror repaired . I spent 3 hours waiting at the facility and finally someon service issue despite for recall repair. I came to get my side passenger mirror repaired . I spent 3 hours waiting at the facility and finally someone came out to let me know that they did put my mirror on but had ordered the wrong casing and instead of keeping my car until it was fixed and offering me a rental they covered the mirror with a plastic shopping bag and sent me on my way for the next 4 days. This to me is embarrassing for your business for a car to pull up not fixed with a shopping bag over it. I was also given a dollar discount for the inconvenience I have now figured out that my passenger side window will not roll down all the way - when I tried to call and speak to Mario on Monday at 430 I was told that he was with a customer and would call me back. I never received a call back and was only texted this morning to finally let me know my casing was in for my car. This is frustrating as someone who who works in customer service.
