When I returned, they told me I would have to pay for a second diagnosis — even though the first one clearly missed the real issue. This feels like poor customer service and a lack of accountability. A dealership should stand behind its work, not charge customers repeatedly for the same unresolved problem. I expected better professionalism from a Honda dealership, but this experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I would caution others to be very careful before trusting them with a repair. More
