I had come to the dealership to get two keys made for my car. Yet I was given a summary on what services that my car needed. I was able to test drive the new Accord touring that’s hybrid. Really nice car, but I am not in the market right now. The oil change was at no cost, which I appreciated. I did expect the dealership to upsell me. It did of course. Those additional recommendations amounted to an additional $800 that I declined at this time. If there would have been one recommendation that was being made I would have probably accepted it, but an $800 trip for an oil change made me feel very suspicious. I know you have a large operation and overhead, but come on guys. I did have to call afterwards and get instructions on resetting my oil change settings because it was not completed with the oil change. More
I was treated so rudely. I couldn't believe it. When I ask the manager if my tires had been rotated she said yes, do you want me to put them back. I'm not kidding that was I couldn't believe it.
