When i dropped off my car, one of the first things i asked Chris, was if they started doing the basic cleaning after my car is done and Chris said yes. Which means, dusting, vaccuming and clean windows asked Chris, was if they started doing the basic cleaning after my car is done and Chris said yes. Which means, dusting, vaccuming and clean windows. When i got my car, i texted him to let him know that was not done and then he asked if i wanted detailing! I never said i wanted detailing! I said vaccuming, dusting and clean windows! That is not detailing! I was trying desprately to find out how i was going to get to work and home while my car was at dealership and i told Chris i was going to do Uber. I had no idea that Chris could have set up Uber for me to get to work the first time i ubered to work and he never said anything to me that he could do that! I ended up doing it myself after being at the dealership for over an hour looking for a way to work and back home. Chris makes himself as if he is the greatest, but he is all talk! I couldnt get him for 2 days! I called several times, texted him and sent a messeges on the website. He never responded! After multiple tries, i finally got in touch with him! More

My only concern was the advisor said my battery was nearly dead, which would cost $188. I said no, I'd go get a battery at Sam's club.
