When i dropped off my car, one of the first things i asked Chris, was if they started doing the basic cleaning after my car is done and Chris said yes. When i got my car, i texted him to let him know that was not done and then he asked if i wanted detailing! I never said i wanted detailing! I said vaccuming, dusting and clean windows! That is not detailing! I was trying desprately to find out how i was going to get to work and home while my car was at dealership and i told Chris i was going to do Uber. I had no idea that Chris could have set up Uber for me to get to work the first time i ubered to work and he never said anything to me that he could do that! I ended up doing it myself after being at the dealership for over an hour looking for a way to work and back home. Chris makes himself as if he is the greatest, but he is all talk! I couldnt get him for 2 days! I called several times, texted him and sent a messeges on the website. He never responded! After multiple tries, i finally got in touch with him! More

My only concern was the advisor said my battery was nearly dead, which would cost $188. I said no, I'd go get a battery at Sam's club.
