I came in to get gaskets replaced. I was told that that would cost $374 and he told me there was a spooling issue and that altogether that would cost with parts and labor 1108 and when I was told that that would cost $374 and he told me there was a spooling issue and that altogether that would cost with parts and labor 1108 and when he came back and my car completed The total was now $1400 and when ask what was the change in my total I was told it was a labor I asked him to break down the labor. He just pointed to the screen that the labor was 940 some dollars and that the parts were 400 and some dollars which didn't make sense because I asked him what the total would be before it was completed and he told me it would be 1108 so I'm not sure where the 1400 came from there wasn't an actual breakdown of everything as far as the labor and what the labor cost for each part that was added to my car. I'm very upset because I have been coming to this dealership for a long time and this is the first time that I have ever came to this dealership and got quoted one price when they come to talk to you about the what needs to be done and the price and then when it's completed it's a different price usually the whole reason you come to talk to me before you complete The work is to make sure the work that is being done is something that I could afford now if you tell me 1100and then you come back and tell me it's 1400 that is clearly unacceptable and doesn't make sense. No to mention that the rattling sound I told him about is still there and he told me it was fixed. More
