I asked Tommy and Elizabeth to simply get my car running again. I explained to them that this was my family’s only vehicle. They came back with a quote for $11,000 on a 2011 Pilot. $5k of the repairs we’re again. I explained to them that this was my family’s only vehicle. They came back with a quote for $11,000 on a 2011 Pilot. $5k of the repairs we’re “red list” items that had to be done according to Norm Reeves Honda in order for it to be road ready again. I refused to believe it would take $5000 to repair my vehicle. I towed to a mechanic in Lewisville (Lewisville Mitsubishi). They found a piece of trash blocking an air sensor causing the cechile to not have the correct mixture of oxygen and fuel. They cleaned the trash off and vase out the engine air intake and put in a new filter and it ran with no problems. Total cost of repair less than $100. Highly disappointed in Norm Reeves and their evaluation of my vehicle. It seemed they were only out to take advantage of my situation and make a lot of extra money along the way. I would NEVER recommend Tommy or Norm Reeves Honda of North Richland Hills to anyone. More

Eric did not communicate with me. He stated my car would be ready on Saturday however I never heard from him on ANY updates about my car. Eric then messaged me after me not hearing from him since Saturday & said my car would be ready at 5pm. This was extremely frustrating as I understand things happen especially with needing parts, however I use my vehicle for work. Had I known I needed to make accommodations for my job, I would have. I had to call in and face repercussions because of the lack of communication on Hondas end. More
