I had a dash board error that shorted out my system. Nothing would show up. I took it in here and their mechanic charged me for a new WINDSHIELD AND MIRROR. Yes you read that right. This cost me $1582.3 More

You should have been concerned when I handed you, personally, receipts of proof of everything and more. I have all the texts between us about this as well as emails to Norm Reeves Honda. You eventually quit replying and no longer took my calls. Honda International, I guess it’s called agreed that it sounded like the recall issue and had me contact you. I took it in gave both Norm Reeves and Honda, the proof needed on the receipt you all gave me from the repair. You and your staff agreed with me and were trying to help me get the money back from Honda since it was before the recall. One of you should have refunded me. Both tried to get the other to pay me back. But since neither void decide, both of you just dropped it. Rhett Valentine, the repairman that worked for Norm Reeves Honda, who you lied said no longer worked for Honda, falsely and ignorantly repaired my backup mirror camera and replaced that and my entire windshield for the repair money since he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. He MADE UP A REPAIR FOR MONEY. You are responsible for the choices your repair guy makes. You literally lied to me and told me he no longer worked for Honda. Why, when I was sent this review was his name listed to review? Because he still works there. You are all wrong for what you did. You know the truth and do not pretend you’re confused. You want me to clear my review? Make it right. One of you. One of you make Rhett Valentines and Norm Reeves Honda’s false charges and repairs, right and give me my money back. Tammy Ferguson. Honda Pilot. You have all you need to look me up. Again, check your phone.
