Friendly and efficient service. I took in my 2015 Santa Fe to Norm Reeves Hyundai to evaluate/ repair the driver side door lock. The service associate, Raidel Soto, was friendly and he explained they may n Fe to Norm Reeves Hyundai to evaluate/ repair the driver side door lock. A few hours later, he called and let me know they were able to get the part and replace it right away. It is working great. They also washed the vehicle. No extra charge! More

the Customer Service is lacking in the service department. I was called in regards to having to replace my battery and I had to ask if there was a discount because the Attendant didn’t have the fo department. Something as simple as doing that or even washing my car would’ve made me feel better about the cost. It’s not the first time this has happened. It’s a very “in and out” service where the customer is left behind or not even taken into consideration. More
