I was nervous about going to a dealership because of the all scary myths you hear, but Vito helped us so much. I had my own financing option, but he was eager to help with anything that I needed. He was reasonable and made us feel comfortable about our purchase. He was a basketball fan too, that's a plus! Another gentleman named Alexis Pastrana also helped us with the purchase. He took me on a test drive of the 2015 Hyundai Accent, and answered all the questions I had about the car. He was kind and easy going, and an awesome right hand to Vito! Did'not get a fare deal I trade-in my car for a certified pre-owned car in this dealership. 1- when I received the car, it was not clean and smelled bad, I had to pay $160. f I trade-in my car for a certified pre-owned car in this dealership. 1- when I received the car, it was not clean and smelled bad, I had to pay $160. for detail. 2- One of it's wheel covers was cracked and one had missing pieces, I had to pay $120 to buy two wheel cover. Considering the condition of the car I purchased and the price they calculated for my trade-in car at finance Dept. ( Kayle Stanfield ) i did not get an honest fare deal. I trusted a large dealership to be more professional and fare than what they rapped up ( David Rosas) for me, They treated us like a small second hand car sales places. I really think they did not certify this car at all prior to selling it to me. Recalculating and comparing this transaction with other dealerships for similar purchase and trade-in I believe that I have been over charged at least $1000.00. More

When I walked on the lot, I’m excited to say that I love Norm Reeves Hyundai!! I swore my next purchase would be a Honda, but I’m so happy it wasn’t. When I walked on the lot, I did not feel overwhelmed by the volume of merchandise, sticker price or the salesmen. Instead, I was greeted very kindly by my salesman, Vito, who escorted me across the campus to find the perfect car for myself and young boys. I eyes the 2018 Kona and within minutes knew this was the car for me! Vito gave me a full rundown of its features and after a well routed test drive we began talking numbers... I was dreading this part because I just knew that I would get the run around. To my surprise, that was not the case. Vito was straight forward with my options and laid them all out on the table, lease v purchase, $0 down v trade-in, he and the finance team made this simple. It took a bit of negotiating, but at the end of the day, I had a great team in my corner. Signing the forms was a breeze, all was clear and exactly as discussed. Even left with two beautiful long steam roses!! Before we drove off, Vito gave me one last tour of the features including using the rear view camera. While in the car, my kids were being a bit silly and he had no issues with their banter and excitement. He engaged in conversation with us all and we drove off feeling so good about our new car.
