The quality is great and every service we have had done through Hyundai has been wonderful. I met Vito Beato and he showed me a 2014 Sonata. I was late for an appointment and had to leave before a test drive. Vito sent me all the information on the vehicle and we arranged a drive the next morning. It was a great car, but after debating, I figured I would get a new car since I do put a great deal of miles on my vehicles. Vito answered all my questions and it was a no hassle, no pressure, informative experience. He pointed out the differences between the models and the choice soon became clear that the 2015 was best for me. I was in and out in half the time I thought it would take and would highly recommend Vito to ANYONE who wants a knowledgeable, honest source of information. More

Vito Beato knocked it out of the park for us. My wife and I did not think that purchasing a car could be such a pleasurable experience. The primary reason for this is that we were fortunate enough to work with a sales person by the name of Vito Beato. We were shopping for a Crossover. As a result of our research, we were already convinced that purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was the best car on the market in terms of cost, value, and warranty. However, we were not really looking forward to having to deal with the stereo-typical car sales person. And then we met Vito at Norm Reeves Hyundai Super Store. This guy went above and beyond in every way to make this the best car buying experience ever. He was so patient in explaining how everything works on the car. He had a lot of energy that he channeled into our car-buying experience. He really made our experience fun. We went back after three weeks to purchase a retractable cover for the rear cargo area. Even though the deal was done and the car was paid for, Vito still treated us with the highest respect and gave us a good deal of his valuable time (time that he could have spent with other customers who were there shopping for cars). He spent yet another 30 minutes with us explaining in more detail on how the very versatile electronics work. He even personally hand-washed our car inside and out. My wife and I were very interested in the Lexus 350 RX. We found that there was no need to spend another $13,000.00 on the Lexus as the Santa Fe has more features at a much more reasonable price. And this car has a nicer, sportier look and a ride that is hard to beat. It is gorgeous inside and out. Vito Beato is the reason that we will go back to Norm Reeves Hyundai Super Store. More
