I originally had went to Commerce Hyndai and after 2 hours of negotiating ultimatly walked out of the dealership once the GSM had made me feel pressure and started using his sales tactics. I was so impressed with this dealership Cerritos Hyundai, I had bought an Elantra at first, but originally wanted a Sonata,i left with an Elantra and had buyers remorse, it is said in CA Law that it is at the discretion of the dealer if he wants to exchange a car for another. I couldn 't believe what GOOD Customer Service Javeed and Manuel provided, I was hesitant to return the car, expecting to pay a penalty, not only did i not pay a penalty But i Paid what i wanted to pay for the Sonata, Javeed was not only good or great BUT EXCEPTIONAL when helping me in returning the Elantra, in one day he found Exactly what i wanted a blk Sonata with blk interior, I was so impressed with Manny's help as well, He took his time, did not use any sales tactics or made me feel any pressure to buy something i didn't want, he took his time in showing me the options, he even stayed longer than he was suppossed to , just to make sure i was completely HAPPY,I WILL always refer anyone who wants a Hyundai to Cerrittos Hyndai of CA, THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME SO HAPPY WITH MY CAR!!! There's a reason why I'm the third person in my group of friends to get a car from this dealership in less than two months (two cars bought WITHIN A WEEK of each other). I was actually very hesitant in gett friends to get a car from this dealership in less than two months (two cars bought WITHIN A WEEK of each other). I was actually very hesitant in getting a new car in the first place because I loved my old car but paying $150 PER WEEK for GAS ALONE was not sitting well with my bank account anymore. So I decided to follow suit with my two other friends who bought a car with this dealership. The three deals we made were done with Alex G. He's patient, easy to talk to, very helpful, and not aggressive. Don't get me wrong, he may not be aggressive but he knows how to make the sale. He made me feel more comfortable in the entire car-buying experience so making the deal was easier than expected. He works closely with manager Javed R who also doesn't beat around the bush in making a deal with you. Together they work together to get you the best numbers and will take the best of care of you. When you go to this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend doing business with these two people! This is the 3rd Veloster bought in less than two months for my group of friends; this place must be doing something right! A week later we returned for a 3rd Veloster when my girlfriend decided to get one. In my years of experience in buying a car, I've never had the functionality of the options explained in such detail. After settling on a Hyundai as our car of choice my wife and I visited quite a few dealerships in the L.A area. Following email exchanges, we made an appointment to meet Jon Haidar, Fleet & Internet Manager. What a guy! From the moment he greeted us until give or take 3 hours later (when we pulled away in our new Santa Fe) Jon was exceptional in every way. Unsure as between the Sonata and Santa Fe models, Jon fully described the features of each. Replying to our request for his recommendations Jon asked appropriate questions regarding our particular life style and driving needs. My wife Sheryl is a double leg amputee requiring hand controls to drive.Throughout the purchase process...typically an ordeal....Jon was at once professional and fun. He quickly acknowledged and immediately sought input from others on the few occasions he was uncertain or stumped by a question or inquiry. We liked that. He willingly introduced Javed Rasheed, the General Sales Manager (and deal-maker-of last-resort). Javed too was friendly, accessible and fair in his dealings with us. That goes for for the Finance Manager Kevin Lee as well. Before driving off Jon spent a lot of time briefing us on how to drive/input/load/use the vehicle and most all its bells and whistles.
