I initially sent out an internet inquiry and from his first phone call, all the way through being handed the keys, Frank was awesome. He was patient as I test drove car after car. He listened to what I wanted, how much my payments needed to be, and he worked to get me the best deal. When I said that I would come back the next day and that I was still checking out other deals before deciding on the Tucson, Frank was understanding and didn't pressure me. I love my Hyundai Tucson, and I already know the first place and person I'll recommend to my friends, and where I'll head back to when it's time to buy another car. Worked the best he could with my budget needs and my bad credit. When i finally showed up in person he showed me one car it was great fast process.
