I visit the Cerritos Hyundai dealer 2 weekends ago and i am very happy with the customer service i got from Manuel Vazquez. He made sure i was ok at every step of the way and give me exelent advice thru out my car buying experience. the best thing out of the hole experience was that at any part of my visit felt any presure of buying anything at all, he made sure to let me know that i did not have to buy anything that day but to look around and test drive some cars if i wanted. Manuel was amazing! He answered all of our questions and was exactly the type of sales person we would like. I have been to multiple dealerships trying to find a car, and at each place the sales person made was exactly the type of sales person we would like. I have been to multiple dealerships trying to find a car, and at each place the sales person made me feel uncomfortable and they were very pushy. Manuel was kind and made me feel very comfortable and you can tell he cares for the people he works with. As for Kevin, he did a great job at getting us out and into our car very quickly. The only downside to the dealership was that after we decided to go through with the sale, it took over an hour and a half to get in to see Kevin. That DEFINITELY needs improvement. Although, Manuel still stayed with us and ensured we were okay. I would send anyone and everyone to go see these two men. Thank you. More
