Was greeted by a gentleman as soon as I exited my vehicle. Went in to meet Herman, who I had talked to prior to my arrival. He greeted me with a smile and shook my hand. Herman explained to me the all I needed to know about my new Genesis GV70. I will definitely look to Freeman Mazda in the future for any of my vehicle needs. It was such a smooth process.
