I brought my vehicle in for an issue that required a detail. When I received it back the original issue was not addressed. When I reached back out to the service advisor he placed the blame on me. I was detail. When I received it back the original issue was not addressed. When I reached back out to the service advisor he placed the blame on me. I was in a bit of shock. So now they said my vehicle needs an expensive repair that they failed to mention if the advisor would have communicated with the detailer prior to the work being done. So this cost me more time and more money to be wasted that I can't afford. I don't think I will be doing business with this location again unless something changes in the future. More
