The dealership has the old “check with my manager “ style. Everything had to be approved by the managers. Our salesman was fairly new to the auto sales business. This is a sales review, not a service review. Can’t figure out how to change it. Unbelievable. I got it towed back to get that fixed and also discovered that the salesman Mo Ahmad had lied about the certified pre-owned status due to an open recall (airbags) on the vehicle that I specifically asked about when we came in because I saw it on the CarFax. Mo lied to my face and said it had been taken care of, then again when we came to pick up the car and he said it had been certified. The service department and the sales manager Zech were both helpful in getting these issues sorted and getting me a loaner while they work on my car, as well as covering my next few oil changes, but I am still incredibly disappointed and angry about my experience here. More

It took a month for my issue to be resolved and that's after I waited 4 hours for my service. Part of that was my fault because I did not make an appt the first time. I just wanted to order a key I lost a after I waited 4 hours for my service. Part of that was my fault because I did not make an appt the first time. I just wanted to order a key I lost and ended up getting a service. The second time, now late May, I just came to pick up the key I ordered in April. I had paid for it and was told it had been given to someone else which turned out to not be true. The entire key experience was a total disaster. Given that. Enrique stepped in and sent someone to get a key, stat, it got cut and programmed in a reasonable timeframe thanks to Shelley and Joshua's service was excellent. So rating 1 for Enrique Joshua, and I've worked with Shelley for nearly 20 years and wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I don't understand what happened about the key...it didn't get ordered correctly, I got told a story about it which is totally unacceptable. I don't know what is happening is the backend of the dealership, but the front end saved the day. More
