We found a 2021 Toyota Sequoia Nightshade online at Cowboy Toyota. We are from Arkansas (4.5hrs away). From the moment I sent a message inquiring if the vehicle was available the service I received fro Cowboy Toyota. We are from Arkansas (4.5hrs away). From the moment I sent a message inquiring if the vehicle was available the service I received from the staff at Cowboy Toyota was AMAZING and second to none. I was quickly connected with David “DJ” Jones. He was extremely easy to work with over the phone. We agreed on price and worked out the value of my trade in before ever leaving our house in Fort Smith. DJ walked me through all the steps and was transparent and honest about everything. Once we arrived to the dealership after driving 4.5hrs DJ greeted us with a huge smile and took care of us the entire time we were there. I also had a great experience with the Finance team, Richard Breaud who helped me with down payment and option guidance. Seriously couldn’t not have asked for an easier process or experience buying a new vehicle. Highly recommend Cowboy Toyota and their team of experts, specifically David DJ Jones! We likely won’t need another Toyota for years but when we do I will be looking at this dealership first despite living 4.5 hours away! Thank You Cowboy Toyota! More
