COVID safe service I dropped my RAV4 off for service, everyone was masked, plenty of hand sanitizer available. My wife picked me up, and dropped me off the next day. Called Cowboy Toyota, explained the situation and asked if I could Found my 2017 Toyota Avalon "dead as a doornail" in my garage on Saturday morning. Called Cowboy Toyota, explained the situation and asked if I could get an appointment that afternoon; they said they were full but would hold me a slot if I could get it there. So I jumped my battery, got the car running and drove the car there that afternoon arriving at 1:30 PM. They did, as promised, worked me in as soon as I got there and checked battery & electrical system, (it needed to be replaced and was under warranty), did regular 36 month service (insp xx, rotate tires, chg oil, etc.) and even fixed an emergency recall item. My car was ready for pick-up at 3:15 PM that afternoon. . WOW! Could not be more pleased. More

Good service As soon as I drove into the service area, a pleasant and helpful woman (I walk with a cane) took me to my service person. As this is Covid-19 time, ev As soon as I drove into the service area, a pleasant and helpful woman (I walk with a cane) took me to my service person. As this is Covid-19 time, everyone wore masks. It was discovered my filters were quite dirty. My service person showed me the filters and asked if I wanted them replaced, which I did. This was the 50,000 mile service on my Prius. When the work was finished, my service person explained the work that was done as well as what was checked but needed no service. I received a very detailed receipt and highly recommend Cowboy Toyota. More
