She explained the issue found with my car and made it easy to understand the course of action to take in order to fix it. She was so nice and helpful, I can see why my parents go to her each time they need service on their Toyotas. Though I wasn't there for looking for a new car, I also interacted with Scott. Jacob Fegraeus - Exceptional Customer Service Experience Saturday morning in Dallas, after shopping, my daughter's 1995 Toyota 4Runner would not start. She called "AAA" and they were not able to get it goin Saturday morning in Dallas, after shopping, my daughter's 1995 Toyota 4Runner would not start. She called "AAA" and they were not able to get it going. She called her Dad (me) in San Antonio for help and I started looking online for a dealer. Cowboy Toyota had great reviews and I called their Service Department. My good fortune, Jacob Fegraeus answered the phone and I explained the situation, all from 300 miles away. Jacob was extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and really just plain helpful. Jacob said he would have one of Cowboy's more experienced Service Techs look at the car due to it's age...by the way, it is a great car!!! Bottom Line, by 3:00 PM Saturday afternoon, Jacob and the Service Tech had diagnosed the problem, ordered a part not on hand and pretty much had my daughter's 4Runner running again. Just truly terrific customer service and peace of mind for a Dad. We now have an amazing dealership and service department in Dallas. Thank You Jacob and the Cowboy Toyota service team. More
