Untruthful Gimmicks After making a phone call to see if they had a Tacoma in stock and was told they had several.. after driving 45 minutes they had none! Remember, this is during the Corona Virus 3.21.2020. I was very specific with Adrianna on what I was looking for. As a matter of fact She put me on hold three times to go ask her Manager if they had one in stock. Her response was they had several... I asked her Manager's name it was James Norman. I told her I was on the way. She had my phone number, the dealership could have called back to tell me there was a mistake, no attempt was made. I waited at the reception desk for about 15 minutes for her to show up. During that time there was a guy, that offices to the left of the counter, that asked if I was being taken care of. The receptionist told him I had... I wished I would have gotten his name She then introduced me to a salesman, Pedro Flores. Why do they have people answering the phone that has no product knowledge? After a brief conversation with him, he said, look I'll be completely honest with You they had none is stock, (I did appreciate his honesty, He was the only honest person in the dealership!) he also told me there was only one in the Gulf States Region, it was being sold and two more were being built. After all this I asked for the General Manager, I was hoping it was the Grey Haired Man that asked... I feel he was the "Real Manager" Another fellow came out, I did not get his name either. I told him that I was deceived and I didn't appreciate it. He tried to get me off the floor and I refused. I also told him I would never be back. So complete Transparency, I have 2 Toyota(s). I just sold a third, and will buy my fourth. My advise, stay as far away from this dealership and their deceiving sales tactics as you can! More
