You are appreciated I met Billy Goss through Shelly Jackowski when I had to bring my then 15 year old 4Runner in for service...when it was determined that my best option I met Billy Goss through Shelly Jackowski when I had to bring my then 15 year old 4Runner in for service...when it was determined that my best option was to purchase a new vehicle, I appreciate that Billy didn't push, but was supportive and knowledgeable in helping me determine what would work best for my vehicle needs and "pocketbook". The first time I brought my truck (then a 2005 4Runner that was 10 years old), I felt like I had been placed in GREAT hands in terms of being told the truth of what I needed to be safe on the road without trying to gouge my pocketbook!! Despite the fact that I now live 15 miles away--and pass 2 other Toyota dealerships, I will still continue coming to Cowboy Toyota and Shelly if and when I need my new 2020 Highlander serviced!! Thanks Shelly...for everything!!! More
