Great Experience! As I was driving to the dealership I was talking to my mother, and she said "why do you go to the dealership; they are always more expensive." My ori As I was driving to the dealership I was talking to my mother, and she said "why do you go to the dealership; they are always more expensive." My original answer was they were just so great when we bought the car that I felt some loyalty to them. When I arrived my service tech, Justin Auchter, was with another customer, so someone else checked me in and got me set up so I didn't have to wait. Justin called me to discuss my service options and provided me with personal recommendations based on his experiences with the different brand. When I went to pick up my vehicle Justin was off that day, but that didn't stop him from providing amazing service. I had an email waiting for me telling me that he had found a rebate on the tires I had purchased. That is really going above and beyond. The transaction had been completed, I had paid, and was satisfied with my service, but Justin went above and beyone and provided me the rebate info he found. He could have just as easily let it be, but he wanted to make sure I received all the savings I could. I think there is a lot to be said when you can provide amazing service without even seeing each other during the proces. And that is why I go to the dealership; not just any dealership, I drive 30 miles out of my way to go to Cowboy Toyota. Thanks Justin! More
Another great experience In March 2015 we needed a car so we went back to Cowboy Toyota to see our friend Robert Schultz, the Sales Manager. Previously we bought a Toyota Camr In March 2015 we needed a car so we went back to Cowboy Toyota to see our friend Robert Schultz, the Sales Manager. Previously we bought a Toyota Camry from them in June 2014 through Costco Auto Program, which was the best car buying experience we have ever experienced. After discussing with Robert in extensive detail about different models and he gave us a printed quote for every car’s model we were interested in. Since we live in Plano, Texas we decided to check Toyota of Plano. The sales person showed us the cars and said because of Costco we can only get the cars from their inventory, which was not correct. Then after waiting for a long time sales person made us talk to his manager. The manager knew that we are buying car through Costco yet he still started giving us the typical dealers talk. He tried to pressurized us by giving us extra discounts if we bought the car right that minute, and also with financial plans even though the car had 0% APR. Talking to them was a comparison of price, and customer service. Cowboy Toyota didn’t have the model we were looking so they arranged it especially for us and delivered it to our home so that we didn’t have to make another trip to the dealership. Robert also gave me a loner while we were waiting for our car. Finance Manger was also very helpful, courteous, and patient. We are very impressed with their customer service everyone needs and is rare in other dealerships unlike Toyota of Plano. Robert Schultz is a honest person and an excellent Sales Manager. He is personal friend now who we call for questions all the time, and wish him all the best. More

Immediately she volunteered to wait for us until we got there, which was already early evening. Liane was very friendly and supportive as my wife described what she wanted in her new SUV. She was a great combination of professionalism and Southern hospitality. When it came time for financing discussions, Felanna also went out of her way to be both professional and extremely nice. She even gave us a piece of chocolate she had when we mentioned we were hungry. I feel we got an excellent deal, and I could not recommend Felanna and Liane more highly. More
Honest and no pressure I think when you are shopping for a vehicle you are fearful of shabby sales rep. :-) Billy Goss is definetly there for his customers.
