Total Satisfaction . .. I have owned Toyotas purchased elsewhere and also at Cowboy Toyota. I currently own a 2014 Acura RDX and my wife drives a Camry XSE which she loves w I have owned Toyotas purchased elsewhere and also at Cowboy Toyota. I currently own a 2014 Acura RDX and my wife drives a Camry XSE which she loves which we purchased at Cowboy. I have dealt with Shelly for many years so after a rather bad experience with an Acura dealer in Plano, I asked Shelly if they could do the basic service on my Acura. She said yes and, well, this last visit was the second of such visits there for my Acura and as always the service was totally top notice. There are a couple things needing attention given the age of the Acura which Shelly declined to do suggesting I would need to take the car to someone who knows Acuras and I totally understand and appreciate her being honest. Relief! I recently moved back to the metroplex and my first stop was to take my car to get serviced at Toyota of Plano - where I bought the vehicle originally I recently moved back to the metroplex and my first stop was to take my car to get serviced at Toyota of Plano - where I bought the vehicle originally. I could not believe the HORRENDOUS service I received. The people were rude, dismissive, and unorganized. Then after 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment, just when I started to drive away, I noticed that all was NOT well with the vehicle and come to find out they had done somethingS wrong that took them another 2 hours to fix while I sat freezing in a less than desirable waiting area. No one ever apologized, no one ever followed up and I did not even get a chance to do a survey which let me know they really did not care. This lead me to research reviews and almost all of the Toyota's had horrible reviews, except for Cowboy. I decided to make the long journey there and I am soooooooooo glad I did! Complete reverse! The place was clean, quiet, and orderly. The people were kind and respectful. Best of all...my car was taken care of. I wasn't told a bunch of lies about imaginary problems to get me to spend more money, and I feel as though I can trust their service which is what it is all about. All I can say is THANK YOU, and please keep it up! More
