100% Billy, he was knowledgeable, fun, informative and understood what I wanted. I was ready for battle when I came in but I didn't get to fight, instead I left happy and with a brand new car. Billy walke understood what I wanted. I was ready for battle when I came in but I didn't get to fight, instead I left happy and with a brand new car. Billy walked us through everything without belittling me or ignoring my questions, he was fun but straightforward with his answers. He taught us new things about hybrid cars and about my new car. It was a great experience and I would 100% say shop at cowboy but most of all shop with Billy! And a small shout out for Richard the finance guy, he was great too! More
