Waited four hours after test drive and was told I was approved, had signed an agreement then was transferred to the finance department where it was obvious none of the employees knew how to do their jobs. The 'manager' reneged on the sale and attempted to push me into a new truck for over $10k more, with outrageous monthly payments. In hindsight I'm glad I walked out after telling them to their faces how unprofessional bait-and-switch tactics are, because basic research revealed all of the later model Tacomas they sell still have a ridiculous two piece drive shaft that causes a distinct shudder on the road. It's a known manufacturing defect with no repair remedy except customizing the U-joints, which still doesn't totally resolve the issue. I have a 98 Camry that still runs and a 91 1/2 ton Pickup with the 22RE engine the company is famous for...They should not have discontinued those trucks. Toyota has gone down the tubes as a company and this dealer in particular tells outright lies, wastes customers whole day as if our time wasn't valuable, and treats customers like garbage in an already xx market. Go to Carvana instead... Don't get ripped off or jerked around by franchise dealers. More

I don’t know how a service can be run so poorly by such a big business/brand. This isn’t a one-time thing. I’ve been to this dealer over a half dozen times and each time is an awful experience from the service itself to the people and the communication. I don’t know how Toyota allows this. More

And of course they called I told them not to call AGAIN email only please. 10min. later Louis Faigbor called AGAIN! But his English was terrible so I am assuming he did not understand. So I emailed the dealership and explained again, I was enquiring about a new vehicle and did not want calls. Finally Louis fiagbor emailed me and told me “yes the vehicle is here on the lot and available for sale” Drove 2hrs. to Norm Reeves in San Diego, Louis Fiagbor assisted me, the Vehicle was NOT there and he tried to sell me a “used” vehicle instead. I entertained the idea until the test dive when he asked for my license and $100 test drive fee! WHAT? AND the vehicle was already overpriced by other parties by 4.5k. In addition I was told there as a $3500 dealership mark up due to supply and demand issues. Really? I was denied talking to a manager or the GM. Two weeks later Abdul Fawad contacts me and states “we now have your vehicle on the lot and ready for you to pick up”. I called and of course he was not in, I talked to the sales manager and he advised me he had no new vehicles on the lot and he does not know where Abdul cold have told me that and were only taking deposits for vehicles. Sales has always been deceitful, but this is outrageous. I even found out that NO deposits are taken from “guests” outside a 25 mile radius. I really hope Toyota sees this dealership for what it does and the scams, deceit, and if you ask me theft from potential customers. Went to another dealership, had vehicles on the lot for sale, no bs all up front, no mark up, no “extra” mark ups, no test drive fees. Norm Reeves is black listed and will get nothing but negative reviews and no referrals. More

Than Hua in the parts department is a Five Stars guy. He went out of his way to ensure that I was getting the proper part. And probably saved me hours of frustration. After a bit more online research, he realized that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference with the hood open. Without me asking he came out to my car, crawled underneath it and determined which part I needed. Without his initiative I probably would have been looking for the answer for hours online. Beware rude sales person and surge and hidden fees. I purchased a truck here around 20 years ago and thought I would give them a second chance. I asked about the surge pricing and added dealer options, I didn't want any of them, he became even more rude and aggressive. He would not let me test drive the car, because I didn't want to pay surge pricing of $7500. More

I was informed by a sales representative named Mike that the car was being serviced. He never called back. I called later about the car and made an appointment to do a test drive. Upon arrival at the dealership, I asked to speak to Mike only to be informed by the sales manager he was gone for the day. I explained that I just spoke to him via phone and made an appointment an hour ago. The sales manager stated to me I will have someone bring out the car. I waited patiently for about twenty minutes. The sales manager never returns to inform us about the status of the car. I was approached by a sales representative that I have never met before. He states " We can't find the keys or the car at this time. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. He stated the same thing. When I voice my concerns with the manager he appeared unbothered and irradiated. He continued to make excuses. I immediately left. Being a woman and purchasing a car is scary enough. I wasn't treated with great customer service today instead I experienced a horrific ordeal of unprofessionalism and rudeness. More

I came in Thursday because I was due for an oil change but my passenger side mirror had been hit and needed it checked. I wasn't sure if all parts were still there. My service adviser was Robert Farr and he was great. He came back and all parts were there and service just reconnected everything. Was concerned I would need an entire new mirror and would cost a lot. I had been to a dealer years ago that would have up sold just to make more money. Norm Reeves Toyota never does that. I also went to parts and had great service from Hector. He came out to my car to check the paint on the mirror hood for me which had me go to collision and had great service from Francisco. He ordered the cover part for my mirror and will replace when part comes in and even said he will take care of the spots that need touch up when the touch up paint comes in that Hector ordered for me. How many times do you leave a service dept feeling absolutely happy because you had great service by 3 people? On Tues I was one of them. Thank you Robert, Hector and Francisco. More

Bad experience. I bought 2 cars in a span of a week and my dealer Louis Fiagbor had too many things to do to focus on our deal process, after getting approved for 2 cars he was constantly away, 1st car the my dealer Louis Fiagbor had too many things to do to focus on our deal process, after getting approved for 2 cars he was constantly away, 1st car they didn't mention any optional add on for the cars, I had to go back and cancel some fees, but some expensive fees are too late to cancel. 2nd CAR THEY LOST THE KEYS right after closing the deal, they had to break into the car to find out if its even there, and it wasn't. BRAND NEW CAR WITH BENT DOOR PILLAR AND SCRATCHES ON DOOR PAINT. At this point i have to go back TWICE to the store and wait so they can fix it, it's irritating that i have to suffer extra hours of waiting for someone else mistake! If you ever come to this place i suggest you avoid Louis, i asked him many questions about the car he was selling and most of the time his answer was I Dont Know. He didn't even have a plan to demonstrate the car multimedia system after everything, he just said "you're free to go". More
