Very pleased with Ed Burke's customer service I went online to see what I could get for my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. I explained to him that I was going to purchase a used Nissan Frontier from a private party and needed to sell my truck. Ed was very attentive and accommodating. He negotiated with his boss the best possible price for my truck and I was pleased with the final number. Not once did Ed try to sell me something on their lot. He was professional in every way--no pressure to make a deal. After two weeks, I realized that my decision on the Nissan Frontier was not a good fit for me and contacted Ed directly to see if he could show me a used Toyota SUV or truck on their lot. Ed sent me several pictures and info on available vehicles before I went in to see him. This extra effort on his part was above and beyond what I have been used to with other dealerships in the past and showed me that he was really interested in trying to find the right vehicle for me. I ended up buying a new 2015 Tacoma and love it! It's refreshing to have an honest salesperson--someone that you can trust. I have referred several people to Ed and hopefully they will have the same pleasant experience. Thank you Ed! More
