When we arrived a Norris Ford to complete the sales transaction, Stan’s personality and professionalism put us at ease. He provided detailed descriptions of the trucks systems and capabilities and assisted in getting it set up for us. When we were handed off to the Finance Manager, Lee Walker, we continued to be impressed. As we were pre-approved for a loan, he focused on describing each of the extended warranty options and didn’t push back when we decided on the plan that met our needs.
