We told Matt what we wanted on a 2010 Fusion and also told him the price quote from another Ford dealer who was much closer to where we live. He told us that he would make it worth the distance to come to his dealership because he could sell us the car for less.He was true to his word and we bought the car 30 minutes after we walked into the dealership! It truly was a "no hassle deal!" Susan was informative and respectful telling us about all of the warranties we could add and Frank was very responsible and quick getting us through the purchase paperwork. Matt,our salesman, was not only nice but he was honest, too! We are thrilled with our new car! More

My family has been a faithful customer to Norris for many years and I'm sad to say that the time has come to change our dealership. I have suffered through numerous service issues and could give many detail years and I'm sad to say that the time has come to change our dealership. I have suffered through numerous service issues and could give many details of poor customer service but I am so tired of re-hashing the misery. Only months in my 2010 Ford, I couldn't take it any longer and traded it in for a Chevy. The service I received at my new dealer was outstanding and only confirmed that Norris is failing. I've never been happier with a dealership and just wish that I hadn't waited so long to make the change! More
