When the car I'd been driving for years reached 218,000 miles and began to have serious transmission issues, I started looking for used cars. But I was nervous that all my savings would go into a car that miles and began to have serious transmission issues, I started looking for used cars. But I was nervous that all my savings would go into a car that had no warranty and could end up costing me more than I could afford in repairs, so kind of as a shot in the dark, I contacted Northbay Nissan's online sales manager, Guy Crosbie. Northbay Nissan is where my older daughter bought her new car, the first major loan she'd ever applied for, so I felt a little hopeful that I might be able to get a loan. I had not had anything in my own name for more than 25 years and Guy Crosbie helped me get that loan for a new Versa! He was patient and understanding and without his help I'd still be driving my husband's old clunker with the failing transmission (or walking). The only reason I couldn't give pricing a 5 star rating is that my own credit rating affected the total price I will pay, but because Guy, and Andrew in financing, were persistent in their efforts to arrange a loan, I have a dependable car that I am able to pay off earlier than scheduled, without penalty. I most enthusiastically recommend Guy. He never pressured me or misled me into thinking I could afford more than what I got. And the 2012 Versa is really fun to drive and had no trouble passing uphill on the way to Reno! More

First new vehicle purchased in 2002 and was satisfied then with service and sales. Second vehicle purchased, only one key handled during driving and negotiations; after consummating the deal I was told t then with service and sales. Second vehicle purchased, only one key handled during driving and negotiations; after consummating the deal I was told there is only one key and to obtain a second key I had to pay $108. Even though the deal was done & finished, I complained of having to pay for the extra key and got results! After sales (and complaint) the dealership, not the salesman, made it up to me and then some. Shows someone has a bit of integrity, which is hard for me to find anymore in this world!
