I went there after receiving mail about the deals that they had. I got there and we met by a sales associate who proceeded to convince me to buy a 2023 Nissan murano. I stayed there most of the day because he told me that the car was being "deep cleaned" I will preface this by saying that I had previously purchased two other vehicles from Northcoast Mitsubishi East and had Excellent service, so I mistakenly thought that West would be the same way. Normally when I purchase a car I start off with a complimentary full tank of gas. In this case I had to stop at the gas station immediately. A few days later I took a look at the car and noticed that the "deep clean" that I was told would be done or was poorly done. Later the next week I decided to deep clean the car myself. When I lifted the mat on the drivers side I found that the carpet was shredded. I mean it was so shredded that I can touch the metal part of the under carriage. I know some may think this is trivial but I know that it can be expensive for someone on a budget to get the carpet .replaced and I was never told that this was an issue. I tried calling them and was told that the Sales Manager would get back to me. He never did. Now when I call I know they have my number in the system and it may ring but this I get a message that no one is available and to leave a message. I know that no one will return the call. This is a situation that I feel falls clearly at their doorstep. Im still trying to get someone but I know that I will probably end up going back there and pray to keep my temper in check. I even wrote a good revew on the sales person who took care of me. If I could take it back I definitly would PLEASE LISTEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. Getting straight to the point. Don’t even go to this place. My son saw a car that he liked at this dealership (Parma) location. It has been listed for 42 days. I called and spoke with Sofia and asked if the car was still available and able to be checked out today. She said yes. So after driving over 1 hour to see the car. It’s a 2015 Tesla S P85D model last six numbers of vin is 109624. When I got there the sales man said he needed some time to finish a sale he was on. Sales man name Alex Simms. He came back and said it was just traded in and was being serviced. ( listed for 42 days on car guru). So he tried to sell a different car. I didn’t switch I said my son is only interested in this one car. He said he didn’t know when it would be done. So I went to the service center to see how long it would take. The counter guy went to the head of the service center and said the car had just been finished and handed me a piece of paper with work they said they had done. That the car was ready to go. Note the report on car fax says 1 accident no damage. The sales man came back and showed me photos of the car. It had side swiped something the door was trashed out the paint destroyed and problems with the locks back was damaged. Sever damage by my opinion. The report said one accident no damage. I contacted my son and told him what was going on with that car. Asked if he wanted to see another so I asked to see the other one he had asked about. By this time I had spent 3 hours at the dealership. The sales man said earlier that a quick charge would take 30 minutes. He came back and said the battery was completely dead. I asked how long to charge it after all he said a quick charge would take 30 minutes. He said he didn’t know. I then went back to the service department and asked them. They said they didn’t know and that it depended on how much charge was on it, but that they couldn’t check cause the sales man had the keys. So I got the sales man to the service center desk and asked again how long will it take. Upon learning the battery was completely dead it would take over night to get a complete charge but at least six hours. That’s when I really got mad. The first car should have not been listed for sale until all the work was completed. Listed for 42 days. Should have listed it with major damage in accident not accident with no damage. I wanted compensation for wasting my time and gas. That’s when the manager got involved. He told me that the first car was listed as coming soon. ( I showed him the add on the website and it said it was ready now) lie. Then he said that when I brought up the other car he said that he had only three chargers and 40 plus Tesla’s on site. (Not smart enough to get more chargers and have someone check each car for charge level. You don’t want barrettes to go completely dead.). He gave me a lot of attitude so as I left I let everyone there know that he is a liar and not to buy any junk here. More
Update on this crooked car dealer I would say I would stay far away from this car dealer even if you are desperate for a car I would not go here because yeah they will get you financing but just be caref stay far away from this car dealer even if you are desperate for a car I would not go here because yeah they will get you financing but just be careful what financing company they deal with because Global Lending services that is who they deal with and they will screw the xxxx out of you on top of that the dealership will also sneak in hidden stuff like they did on our finances an extended warranty that cost $7,000 on a brand new car which made no xxxx sense cuz we didn't ask for that extended warranty and they will not remove the extended warranty I asked them xxxx several times to remove it they refused to do so then also Finance in a dang set of floor mats and they charged $1,000 for floor mats also they also financed in a first aid kit that we never asked for that is how crooked this car dealer is stay away from them they will force you to write them a good review when they get you financing they stand there and watch over you to make sure you write them a good review I am changing my review because they are Crooks they do not want to listen to you I even took the car back the first day the same xxxx day right after I got the xxxx car from them and they told me they would not take the car back that is how crooked they are because they ripped us off big time and I'm just saying for anybody who wants to go to this car dealer please I am begging you to go over the paperwork before you even step one foot out that door because I'm pretty sure they will get you financed through Global Lending services one of the most crookedest lending services around because they love to get your finances through the most crooked place that they love to deal with Global Lending services by the time we're done paying for the car it'll be over $60,000 for a cheap 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage the dealer should be ashamed of their selve for putting hidden stuff in without letting anybody know and having someone sign a blank screen is total bull crap and on top of that this dealer should be ashamed of their xxxx self for what they did hidden stuff into the financing and refusing to remove extended warranty that cost $7,000 I'm just putting it out there again please do not deal with this crooked car dealer unless you want to be screwed over like we got screwed over big time by them More

I wasn’t originally looking for a brand-new vehicle, but Zee explained Mitsubishi’s long warranty and showed me the Eclipse Cross—and I completely fell in love with it. I’m so glad I trusted his recommendation. A huge thank you to Zee, Donald, and Eric for working so hard to make this happen for me. 15 out of 10 for Zee! I was sold an unsafe car from Northcoast Mitsubishi. I informed the salesman that the lights weren’t working properly, he assured me they would be fixed by the time I drove away. One month later I am getting the run around about having my headlight and blinker fixed. I have taken it up numerous times without resolution, getting told that the body shop ripped out the headlights and they are going through insurance to get them paid for. That is not my problem because at the end of the day, I still do not have proper headlights and blinkers nor the sockets for them to be hooked into. Also, a week after purchasing this car it’s now running rough when idling and Mr. Brett stated they don’t hear or see the issue I’m having, so that wasn’t fixed either. This has been an inconvenience and this dealership does not care. More
I had one of the worst car buying experiences with North Coast dealer. I spent two full days working with them on a car originally priced at $18,500. From the beginning, they tried to push a VIP Titanium service contract which costs $1.86/day for 72 months — totaling over $4,800 — and told me it was mandatory. The next day, I called back and asked if I could buy the car without the service contract, and they agreed. I confirmed everything before driving back again to finalize — because I didn’t want to waste more time. But when it came to closing, they suddenly increased the price of the car from $18,500 to $19,999, without any valid explanation. It felt extremely greedy, dishonest, and misleading. I’ve dealt with many car dealers before, but this experience was by far the most frustrating. If you value transparency and professionalism, I recommend you look elsewhere. This place gave me zero trust and left me disappointed. More
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I was due for a free oil change per my extended warranty. I booked an appointment For June 6 and brought my car in the night before. I called them about 3 times on Friday, and every time I received the message that the people in the service department were busy and they would call me back. it turned into Saturday and I still hadn't heard a word from their service department. I call again and get the same message. I tell them that I am still waiting to hear back from them, and I don't even know what they were doing with my car. the customer service person assured me that someone would call me before they closed on Saturday. well THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. They are closed on Sunday. Monday I had to hitch a ride to work from my coworker because I did not have a car. I received ZERO CALLS from them all day Monday, June 9. I call at 3pm and I get the EXACT SAME runaround that I received the previous two days. I call the person who sold me my car. he says they are short staffed. I get it but NOBODY has called me about my car AT ALL for 4 DAYS. did they give me an oil change? did they look at the axle like I requested? I don't even farking know because they WILL NOT CALL ME. I am being duped. I foolishly spent my money on this 'warranty' and now they're making it impossible to have it honored. congrats, you win. This place is absolute garbage. Terrible car service and even more terrible customer service. IDGAF about the hundreds of positive reviews they have here, don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else. More

This is the Absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with... Any good review on this place is fake... I wouldn't refer this place to my enemy .
