I had mixed feelings with a salesman I was working with when going to the Bedford location not to down them because sales manager Nick was helpful and very honest but after meeting Sean at the Brookpark location it definitely was a a great experience and I would recommend this car lot and Sean as a go to guy to get what you need and he will do everything in his power to get you approved. Great first time buying experience! I had been to a couple other dealerships with no luck. Jeremy at North Coast helped me find a car that was not only affordable for my low credit score I had been to a couple other dealerships with no luck. Although, I asked several times to confirm the package that was advertised was the actual model of the truck; and I was guaranteed 100% that it was the model advertised (TRD). Once I got home and located the original sticker, it was not this package after all. Overall am happy with the purchase and service. More
