4 visits, 3 rental vehicles, and over 2 weeks later. Upon taking delivery of my new 2018 F-150, I observed trim scratches, a rolled seal on the moon roof, and a poorly seated roof gutter trim piece. 4 v Upon taking delivery of my new 2018 F-150, I observed trim scratches, a rolled seal on the moon roof, and a poorly seated roof gutter trim piece. 4 visits to the dealership, 3 rental vehicles, and over 2 weeks in the shop, I am left with zero confidence in the service department. We eventually decided that any future repairs would make it worse than it all ready was. Pretty sad considering I spent over $50,000 on a new truck. I was NOT impressed with the contracted body shop since it looks like an intern did the repair and was sloppy as I have a paint run from a drip in the repair area. Am I pleased - nope. The issues are still not resolved so I will be taking it to my local Ford dealer for service and Ford can pay the bill to adjust the moon roof since its poorly aligned after it was replaced. Water will likely pool on top of the moon roof and water always finds the path of least resistance. Nobody seems to take any pride in their work or pay attention to detail as I needed to explain everything, which apparently wasn't good enough considering the outcome. I'm not blaming the service advisor, but the overall service experience has been very poor. As a courtesy, my truck with 1,6XX miles received an unnecessary oil change. An oil change for a future visit would have been appropriate since oil change intervals on 2018 F-150s are every 10,000 miles. I guess I should have been more specific on the oil change request. More

Above and Beyond!!! I recently brought my Escape in for service and found out that there was a problem with my extended warranty. The error went back to the dealersip in I recently brought my Escape in for service and found out that there was a problem with my extended warranty. The error went back to the dealersip in Michigan where I bought the vehicle in 2013. When the work was input it showed that the warranty had expired in 2016 instead of 2020, as it should have. Tom Glansman was extremely helpful in assisting me in getting the error rectified. He even spoke with the Michigan dealership on my behalf. Every time we bring a vehicle into North Country Ford, Tom treats us with such courtesy. He is professional, efficient and helpful. Tom is the main reason we keep coming back. You can count on him to go above and beyond to make sure our experience is a good one. Dave Christopher also does a great job, he is easy to get hold of and always keeps us informed throughout the service process. More
