Nobody came to me in the waiting area to let me know. I had gotten a phone message, but my phone was turned off since I was in waiting area. My service guy had left for the night and his replacement evidently thought it was to tough to walk all the way down to the waiting area to let me know. Why did this happen? More

But I have a busy & unpredictable schedule, plus leaving the car behind isn't practicle. I had a day open and the folks at Quick Lane were able to take me on the same day I called. In two hours (I was told to expect 1 & 1/2 hrs.) it was done PLUS I got a $70 rebate from Michelin & a $100 Luther Service Card, I got four great michelin tires INSTALLED for less than $200 each. I think that's a bargain and the staff was more than helpful in answering any questions I had. More
