It was O.K. So I brought my truck in to have the axle seal replaced under warranty and that all when good got a free rental car under my warranty etc... But when I got a call about a few things one such as they told me I had a dirty air filter. One point is that I replaced it just 3 weeks prior to visiting them. So I though hmm maybe since I was on the iron range between then something got dirty. I refused it since I was curious to how it looked. As soon as I got my truck back I pull out the filter and it was completely clean and white. Not dirty at all. That did not make me very happy that they tried to lie and sell me something I did not need. It makes me wonder what else they lie about and or don't actually do to your vehicle and say they do. If you aren't mechanically inclined don't go here or they might get you with something. More

Terrific Service as Usual Arrived for my scheduled routine service and was greeted immediately. Sean Devine happened to pass by and we discussed my pending "end of lease" terms (coming up in a year) and showed me the new model of the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. My sales representative, Bill Fannon, was called and we discussed the new features of the 2017 Lincoln. Before I knew it, my current vehicle was ready, We agreed on a future date for follow-up and I was on my way to continue my daily schedule. I worked with Carrie Bellows and I cannot say enough good things about her!! As a woman it can be a bit intimidating to go by yourself to make a big purchase, but Carrie set me at ease. She came in on her day off, just to help ensure I received great service AND the car I wanted. For financing I worked with Patilee-she was also great! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From start to finish my experience was great! More
