Service for oil leak We brought our Lincoln MKX in for an oil change and they found a leak coming from the power steering area and we then made an appointment to have it r We brought our Lincoln MKX in for an oil change and they found a leak coming from the power steering area and we then made an appointment to have it repaired a few days later. They offered us a loaner car when we brought our vehicle in for service. They told us it would take a few hours but were surprised when they called us earlier than we expected to tell us our vehicle was ready. They also found a loose tie rod which they repaired. We trust the service implicitly and know Brent Johnson is there to take care of any and all our service needs! Good job! More

My friend and I on a Saturday asked a salesman to meet us in the lot to test drive I got a recommendation about this dealership for bad salespersons. My friend and I on a Saturday asked a salesman to meet us in the lot to test drive a truck just to see if I liked the long box on a supercab F150 with no intention of buying from this dealership, but this salesman never came out to the lot. we waited 15 min. I decided that I didn't want to buy from this dealership anyways until I met Carrie Bellows (salesperson) wandering in the lot offering up her assistants, as I was just checking out the dealership lot inventory, she made me feel good about looking around and offered no pressure at all as she was willing to go above and beyond for me without making me feel like I was wasting her time. Fast forward, Carrie gave me a price of what I was looking for after changing my decision more than 3 times and still being extremely patient. I had 3 quotes from different dealerships and nobody was closer than 1000.00 dollars for a ordered custom built truck. I ordered and bought the truck and I am very happy with the whole process from sales to financing, I highly recommend Carrie Bellows as she has made my truck buying experience into a pleasurable experience and will definitely be back to buy my next vehicle. I like that Elizabeth Peck (Accessories Manager) desk is conveniently put in the open showroom and not stuffed in the service department somewhere nobody can see. She was also very helpful on my after market request and followed through with the quotes that I requested. More

It appears that the rotation is front to back and back to front, which is fine. However, I would expect that the tire pressure would be checked and corrected to the value listed on the door post. How do I know the tires were rotated front to back? The front tire now have 85 psi and the rear have 60 psi, just opposite of what the door post value is! Not reassuring, glad I checked when I got home. Jerry Schilling More

While waiting on services on my car, Mark Demars walked up to me and asked if i have been helped with a smile on his face. I said yes and then we started conversing which led me to telling him of my intensions of getting a new car. Mike was super excite to help me and asked what my budget, perferences were in a choice of a car.. Thats how the journey started and he showed me the Lincoln Mkz and i was like " Wow Thats it". Put some money down to be taken off the Lot, came in a couple weeks later and picked my car. They are all very awesome in this dealership and wouldn't mind driving miles away to do other services More
