Unnecessarily long wait I came in for an oil change and waited two hours. Went to the service window to inquire. Come to find out, they forgot to come and get me. great experiance From the moment I drop my truck of Jack had the information I had given at time of making my appointment, he greeted me with a smile and good morning, From the moment I drop my truck of Jack had the information I had given at time of making my appointment, he greeted me with a smile and good morning, we disused any concerns I had and he said he would have them looked at and call me with what was found. I left feeling good that I had brought my truck in. He called me later in the day and explained what had been found, and what it would cost to repair it. I had the Truck repaired and he had given me the correct day it would be ready, and what the final total was. I have my truck and am happy how I was tearted. More

Recall on airbag issue I made an 8:30 am appointment a while back for today (March 14) to have both passenger and driver side airbags to be replaced due to the big Takata (s I made an 8:30 am appointment a while back for today (March 14) to have both passenger and driver side airbags to be replaced due to the big Takata (sp?) recall program. .The letter I received mentioned only the passenger side airbag but the gentleman I made the appointment with said that parts were now in stock to do both sides and he said both would be done on March 14. Everyone I worked with earlier today was excellent...they were informative, on time, etc. However, only the passenger side was done. I have to wonder why the first gentleman was sure that both could be replaced. The man I spoke with today said that Ford's policy might not allow both sides to be done...even if the parts are available. This apparently is not the problem for North Country Ford...they have been an excellent dealership from the day I purchased my current Ford Ranger in 2006. But Ford's policy just forces me to make another appointment somewhere down the road to take care of the driver's side. Again I have nothing but respect for the treatment I have received from North Country.. More
