Not only did she beat the HOnda dealer on the price of the new car she beat them bad n the value of my trade-in bu $1500. Needless to say I bought the Escape and love it. Such a great car. When it came time to pay I dealt with Roger Nelson who handled everything in a very professional manner and explained everything in detal. "The Works" and Warranty Work When I brought our 2014 Focus in for "The Works" oil change and service, the service department told me that there was a recall on some of the clutch When I brought our 2014 Focus in for "The Works" oil change and service, the service department told me that there was a recall on some of the clutch assemblies and asked if they could run the diagnostics while the car was there. Seemed like a good idea since the car had been chugging when shifting gears. Turned out the clutch did need replacing and if they could have the car overnight they could make the needed repairs. They provided me with a loaner and the car was ready to go in a few days. There service is fast, courteous and thorough. More
