New Ford Edge I went to Ford to purchase a new Ford Edge, as I needed a new vehicle. Above and Beyond service I brought my Ford Edge to get a recall fixed. When I dropped my car off, my driver side door handle was not working and I let them know as they would I brought my Ford Edge to get a recall fixed. When I dropped my car off, my driver side door handle was not working and I let them know as they would have to use another door. When I picked my car up the next day, not only was the recall corrected but also my door handle, at no charge to me!
