It is very convenient to be able to schedule an appointment online. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted with a smile. My vehicle was given "The Works". The time estimate was 1 hr. and the work was completed with 10 minutes to spare. Payment was easy and efficient. I was pleased to come home and see an email informing me the dealership has entered me to receive a $10.00 rebate. Thanks for another visit which has exceeded my expectations! I plan to stay with Ford for many more years, as the vehicles are of high quality, and the service I receive is top notch! More

His technician (Doug?) was very thorough in the diagnosis of the problem and did a great job providing the warranty company with the documentation they needed to approve the work. The fast lane oil change crew also provide great "in and out" service. More
All frustrations resolved I took my car in to North Country Ford for a recall repair. The repair was initially supposed to be a 2 hour repair, but after inspection they found t I took my car in to North Country Ford for a recall repair. The repair was initially supposed to be a 2 hour repair, but after inspection they found that they would need to replace my whole power steering gear. They ended up keeping my car all week, which would of posed a great issue for me, given my schedule. Brent reserved a loaner car for me right away and I didn't miss a beat. When I went to pick up my car the engine light was on, and I was immediately frustrated that my car wasn't fixed. When I talked to Brent he told me that service guy said the light was on when he looked at it. I know for a fact it wasn't, so I became even more frustrated that they were trying to get money out of me for the repair. Brent picked up on this right away and sent the car back through to get a diagnostic check which he did free of charge. They found a minor issue and fixed it for me at no charge. Brent's calm manor of communication was key in this situation, and he ensured that I was completely satisfied when I left. I always feel as though repair places are trying to take all of your money, which makes me very skeptical. Brent put some confidence back in me, that not every place is the same. Brent and North Country have one more success story under their belt. More

Traded in 2014 Fiesta for 2016 Fusion I traded in a 2014 Ford Fiesta for a new 2016 Ford Fusion and I'm super excited!! Not very happy right now with North Country Ford Last September I discovered my heat was not working in my 2013 Edge. I brought it to service and they had to reprogram the computer system. It worked Last September I discovered my heat was not working in my 2013 Edge. I brought it to service and they had to reprogram the computer system. It worked fine the rest of the winter. A couple of weeks ago; after running my air conditioning all summer, I discovered that my heat was not working again. I called for a service appointment and the soonest they could get my Edge in for service was 2 weeks out. Today when I brought my Edge in to the service department they informed me it was not the program this time but a particular part had stopped working and they would have to replace it. Living in Minnesota, I will need my heat. The part that upset me was: my warranty expired at 36,000 miles, my car had 36,728 miles on it. More then likely when I called in for service I was under my 36,000 miles, but because I had to wait the 2 weeks to get in, my service call cost me $238.20. Christine Schulze was very nice, and polite, in no way do I blame her , she was just doing her job. More
