Driver's seat repair The color in the leather of the driver's seat was rubbing off so I brought it in to North Country. Dave took pictures and sent them to Ford and recommended replacement of the leather. I did not think Ford would agree to that but Dave wrote the appeal up in such a way that they agreed to replace the worn seat cover. This was done in a timely fashion - from the time I brought it until the new seats covers arrived and they were installed was less than two weeks. Dave worked with me in a professional manner. I have been a customer of North Country Ford for a long time and I am completely satisfied with their service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
