Unexpected Pleasure On Friday July 3rd I stopped at North Country Ford Lincoln in Coon Rapids, the Mustang convertibles caught my eye big time as I have recently purchase On Friday July 3rd I stopped at North Country Ford Lincoln in Coon Rapids, the Mustang convertibles caught my eye big time as I have recently purchased a home in Florida, I drove the bright yellow one first, then looked at grey but it did not have leather interior which I would want so the RED one said look at me, I drove it and it definitely had a WOW factor which could not be ignored so I went for a drive and was hooked. This is unusual because I have never driven anything other then a General Motors product in my lifetime, I was married for over 40 years and before my husband passed he always had GM products, but this car just said take me home. I have now had it for 5 days and am thrilled with the car, the salesman, Alex Olsen who did a great job with no pressure what so ever and the closer Pattilee which did a professional exceptional job. I just turned in my three choices for personalized plates yesterday, GR8FUN, SASSY4D OR TOBASCO, so if you see one of those on the road it might just be a very happy Grandma having fun. Not Happy My two hour appointment ended up being all day so I was shuttled home and was supposed to be picked back up by 4:00. At 4:35 I called the service dep My two hour appointment ended up being all day so I was shuttled home and was supposed to be picked back up by 4:00. At 4:35 I called the service department and they informed me that the shuttle was running late. 5 minutes later I received a call from the shuttle driver saying he was just leaving ...I told him not to bother as it would be too late to get to me and back to the dealer and me get back home so I could get to a class by 5:30!! I informed the service department that I needed to be picked up before 4 to beat rush hour traffic! When I finally got to the dealership via a friend dropping me off, I paid my outrageous bill and was given the wrong keys. They had lost my truck's keys. Not really a promising outlook on safety. Not sure if I will return after the faulty customer service. As far as I know...the truck is ok, but I am not. More
