Recall work and customer service I brought my car in for some recall repairs, and it was a wonderful experience. I was able to fire up my computer at a desk and continue working for I brought my car in for some recall repairs, and it was a wonderful experience. I was able to fire up my computer at a desk and continue working for my job. There was a great coffee pot and popcorn to snack on. I was informed along the way as to the progress and how much longer they anticipated my visit to be. When everything was wrapped up, Dana with the warranty department got me my final paperwork and was wonderfully pleasant. I think my car may have even been washed when I arrived back at it as it was spotless and I don't think that was the case when I arrived. Kudos on a job well done! More

We have visited Tousley ford, Minar Ford and Brooklyn Park Ford, but always end up back at North Country. You have always made us feel like family and that what we think and want really matters.
