Update for My Touch, oil change, recall I am usually happy with this dealership, but this time, unfortunately, I was not. I called three times, starting at 8:00 in the morning (returning a I am usually happy with this dealership, but this time, unfortunately, I was not. I called three times, starting at 8:00 in the morning (returning a call from Chris). Chris never called me back. I then put in a call directly to the service department, left a message (because they were too busy to answer the phone), and it took an hour for someone to call me back. The second issue I have is that the vehicle has been recalled (I can't remember for what reason at this time), but they could not fix it because "they didn't have the parts yet." Now I will need to bring it back once again when they are able to do so. More
