My favorite dealership. I never thought I would say I enjoy going to a car dealership, but I can say that about North Country Ford. My 2009 Mountaineer is no longer under warrantee, but I go out of my way to bring it here because of the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. I've been in plenty, but this is the only dealership that I can actually say I like going to. More

It was lightning fast, which may not be the best thing for the mechanics especially if they're commission based off of job times, but I've had to wait very little for the services I've had done which includes some noises from the 09 Focus that we bought, and a Steering Shaft recall on my 2005 Crown Vic. The service department was polite and courteous. I don't know why they need the door for a 28 year old male, but hey I won't complain! The Ford dealers around the cities are great. Midway Ford did work for my company and they were just as amazing as North Country! I'll make them my first stop when I'm in the market for my post-college car. Thanks! More

When I went in for my first oil change and to pick up new license plates, I was helped by friendly employees who didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them with my questions. It was done in 45 minutes and when I went out my new license plates were on and the car was washed too! What an awesome surprise. More
Mildly dissappointing I had an appointment for 9:15 AM and I was going to wait at the shop because they said it would take 2 hours. At 3:00 PM received a call to tell me that they had not even looked at it yet, They did not complete all the repairs and did not wash the car as requested. To be fair, however, a part had to be ordered, but it took 8 hours to tell me that. More

Dave gave me his card and said if for some reason you have any more problems give me a call. I thought that was great to have his name and number just in case. Rude sales manager- terrible customer service-customer lost I bought a used Avalon. After taking delivery of car it had a bad order of smoke that I did not notice when test driving due to a cold. the Car Fax I I bought a used Avalon. After taking delivery of car it had a bad order of smoke that I did not notice when test driving due to a cold. the Car Fax I was given also stated it was a non smoking vehicle. Salesman tried to use ionizer to get rid of oder but it did not help. I found another Avalon at another Luther dealership and decided to return first Avalon taking advantage of Luther 5 day/ 500 mile satisfaction guarantee. I was vey disappointed with how I was treated on the return. Salesman was clearly irritated with my decision. The service level dropped dramatically. The used car manager insisted that I pay back the Luther gift card that was given to me for the purchase of the original car, $100 dollars of which I spent at another Luther dealership buying floor mats for the original Avalon that did not have any mats in it. I questioned the used car manager as all purchase were made inside the Luther family of dealerships. It did not make sense to me that he was asking me to pay back this promotional gift card. I explained that I had been a 16 year customer of North Country Ford and that his decision was leaving me as an unhappy customer. He was rude and argumentative in the discussion. I made it clear that I would not ever buy another vehicle form North Country Ford and would make sure everyone I know was aware of how I was treated at this dealership. He said he didn't care what I did and walked away. The credit representative apologized for the sales managers behavior and did his best to smooth over the situation. He offered me the gift card with a remaining balance of roughly $140 dollars which I declined. If a dealership is going to have a 5 Day / 500 mile satisfaction guarantee you should not make your customers feel unwelcome you to use it, especially if there is something deficient about the original vehicle purchased. You are in the service industry. How do you have a person in a management roll that behaves the way this used car manager did. There are a lot of dealerships out there to choose from. NC ford has been my local dealership for 16 years. Due to the behavior of this employee, I assure you I will never buy another vehicle at NC ford again and will think twice about a Luther dealership in general More
