The Service Advisors are outstanding, the Service Technicians do excellent work, and the cost of the service performed has always seemed reasonable. I have been driving for nearly forty years, I have owned about dozen vehicles, and I place a very high value on a Service Department that I can really trust and count on. The Service Department personnel at North Country Ford Lincoln are the best I have ever worked with. More

The only recommendation that I have (and have commented on a couple of times before), is that when someone spends that kind of money at the dealership, there is one very small gesture that provides huge bang for the buck - A CAR WASH. This has very little cost to the dealer, and is hugely appreciated by the customer. I recently took my Ford Five Hundred to a dealer in Chicago to have a key made for $100........they washed it. I just paid $600 for service at this location, and got a dirty car back. More

We met and I looked at vehicle. I never test drove it, told Dave I would take it. The gave me a fair trade for my Ford 2012 F-150. Returned back to dealership later in the week to do the paperwork. Met with Roger Nelson in finance. Another pleasure. What a fun guy. High energy. Made both my wife and myself feel very at ease. Seemed to be working for what best suited us not what best suited him and North Country Ford. My parting words to both Dave Niemi and Roger Nelson were I would see them again in two years when I will again be ready for my next trade and new purchase.
