For buying my first car i didn't feel pressure to purchase anything i didn't want. i strongly felt that they were there to make sure that i got exactly what i wanted within my budget. I came into this dealership hoping to purchase a new car with my damaged and recovering credit. Ben did a great job outlining the differences between leasing and purchasing, as well as why a lease would be with my damaged and recovering credit. With the advice in mind, I returned a couple days later and test drove a beautiful Ford Fusion. I was sold after driving around for a while. It was a busy day and we were prepared to wait for a while, but Pam got us in her office relatively quick. After going through my information, she talked to the lienholder and negotiated a good deal with him. This was not a quick agreement, she spent plenty of time on the line trying to get me an affordable deal. I couldn't get a lease without a cosigner, but they agreed on a purchase with an APR that was legitimately 10 times lower than I was prepared to hear. Granted, I got this deal because I am a college student, it just goes to show that this dealership, most definitely Pam, will do everything they can to make things work for you. A lot of places could learn a thing or two about customer service from Ben and Pam. More
