Replaceing tires should not be a 3 hour ordeal only to end with takeing a loaner home until the 4-Runner was ready! Seems that one of the tire pressure sensors was damaged during the tire removal. A new s end with takeing a loaner home until the 4-Runner was ready! Seems that one of the tire pressure sensors was damaged during the tire removal. A new sensor was obtained from a Toyota dealer. After installing the new sensor it was learned that the sensor/car had to be reprogrammed which could only be done at the Toyota dealer. So the car had to be droped off at the Toyota dealer until they could get to it. I was given the option of using a loaner until the 4-Runner was ready which ended up being at 4:30, 8 hours after arriving at my appointment time. More

We had (2) trucks in for repair at your location in Coon Rapids. 2007 Ford F150,(we bought from you)brought it in for low rumbling sound when driving truck at 50 miles an hour and up. Was to Rapids. 2007 Ford F150,(we bought from you)brought it in for low rumbling sound when driving truck at 50 miles an hour and up. Was told it was the front wheel bearings, which they replaced under our warranty program. I also had them change the oil. I have changed the oil in that truck several times and have never had to pay for oil seal $6.00 or even had to replace one. Confused on what is that and why I never had to put one in before? The truck is NOT REPAIRED> still makes the same noise and I am concern about drive ability since this is my wife truck. So we paid the bill and left. Today I get a call from Denny asking me if we paid the bill and how we paid for it. Are you kidding me? 1999 F250 brought in for the same problem but louder. Surprisingly I was told it was the hanger bearing and that the drive shaft had to be rebalanced. Seeing you didn’t fix the problem when my wife’s 2007 truck I was concerned that the diagnostic your people did was not right. I took the truck to another shop and had them replace the hanger bearing and send the drive shaft out. Drive shaft came back ok and they replace the hanger bearing as told by your company it needed. That didn’t fix the problem. When I spoke with Denny today I explained to him what I just am writing to you about right now. He said bring it in and you will do a diagnostic on your trucks to find the problem. AGAIN> are you kidding? I can’t as a customer keeps paying for thing that might be the problem be it our 2007 or our 1999 You’re the professional at least that is, as customer we are to believe. So here I sit with (2) trucks not in good working condition, both been to you for repair, both were miss diagnosed and both still have the same problem The one thing I will say is that Tom took care of the diagnostic charge on the 1999. Keep in mind I had the 1999 in your shop for the same problem several years ago just not as loud and after 2 weeks they gave the truck back to me again not fixed and said ”We have done everything we can I guess you’ll have to drive it until it breaks and then we’ll know what was wrong”! At that time your company was in contact with ford and they were suppose to send a tech out but never did. More
I first went to the dealer to have my car looked at and unfortunately received bad news about my car. I had been to North Country Ford about 2 weeks earlier just to look at cars for a possible purchase lat unfortunately received bad news about my car. I had been to North Country Ford about 2 weeks earlier just to look at cars for a possible purchase latter this year, not knowing my current vehicle would not last as I had hoped. When I was there Jeff Jones showed me a few vehicles I was interested in. My experience with him was very pleasant and both of my kids really liked him. When I received my bad news about my car I of course had no idea what I was going to do as I was not planning on getting a different vehicle. As I was leaving I ran into Jeff, we talked for a minute during our conversation I had brought up my current car issue and explained my would most likely not be running very shortly due to transmission issues and the coast was more than I was prepared to invest in the car as it was a 2005 with 160,000 miles. Jeff asked if he could see what they would be able to give me for the car and if I could wait for about 15 minutes to have them look at it, sure no problem. I of course figured it would be nothing as the car would not be worth fixing and the transmission would be going out at any time. When Jeff came back I was surprised to hear they would be able to give me something for the car that I could use toward a different one. We talked about my price range and type of vehicles I would be interested in. Jeff asked me to give him a day and he would call me back with some options. The next day he called me back with some used vehicles and some new vehicles options. I will admit I was kind of wishey washey about what to do as I was clearly not prepared to be getting a new vehicle so quickly. After a few days of looking at vehicles and trying to decide what I was going to do I finally had a new vehicle. Jeff was very patient and allowed me the time I needed to make my decisions about my new car purchase. Jeff took the time to answer all my questions during the process and was very friendly with my kinds when they came with to help choose our new vehicle. This is my second vehicle from North Country Ford and would recommend buying a car from them as both of my experiences have been pleasant. Thank you to Jeff for making my car buying experience a pleasant one. More

Because I just got the car back today, I cannot respond to the quality of work question; sorry. I have used this dealer for more than 10 years and have always been very satisfied. This time, I felt a bi to the quality of work question; sorry. I have used this dealer for more than 10 years and have always been very satisfied. This time, I felt a bit distressed because the problems I was having with the car were not going to make the car in any way unsafe for a while, and yet I felt forced to have the work done now. This was problematic because of what I consider to be the significant cost (initially 1600, then 3200, and finally 2800 dollars). In retrospect, because I have found your service to be trustworthy in the past, and frankly because the actual person working on the car was a former high school student of mine and so I believed he would not give the work anything but his best effort, I am glad I had it done. I was also very grateful to Denny (my service coordinator?) for finding me an after-market part to use, not only reducing the final cost but also providing a quicker turn-around time. And the use a loaner was also an important part for me as I have an elderly mother for whom I am the primary caretaker and could not be without transportation. In the "end", I am glad to have the work done and at your shop. I will be back. Thank you for asking. More
