We went in for a test drive of the Ford Escape on Saturday March 30. Busy place but we got some great help looking at the Escapes. We went back on 4-1 and test drove the Edge SEL. I had an issue last fall that the dealer was not able to figure out. The vehicle was still under warranty at the time. The problem I was having previously still was an issue. Though I was now beyond the original warranty the dealership covered it and I left a fully satisfied customer.
