There was no high pressure sales effort. We test drove two trucks and explained to Greg what we were looking for. He determined that they didn't have one in stock at the dealership but that he would find two trucks and explained to Greg what we were looking for. He emailed the information about the truck to me and it was delivered to North Country the next day. We actually bought two vehicles at almost the same time. A 2013 Fusion and a 2012 F-150. Tom in the financing department helped us through the paper work and expained a lot of the rebates and offers as we worked through the loans. Thanks a lot for a great experience. More

Dave was very helpful and knowledable on what needed to be done. He called me a couple of times with an update, etc. I appreciate this as I hate being left in the dark. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was greeted by a smiling Kelly who was great to work with. I waited for them to finish and they told me it would take about an hour, 45 minutes later th greeted by a smiling Kelly who was great to work with.
