We've always been treated well and have been very pleased with the service! I called for an appointment for an oil change and was able to get in early the next morning! Brandon Anderson was super. He was very friendly on a cold day. He seemed very caring and the service was completed in about 1/2 hour. I called the number and was immediately given a voice message to leave a message and I would get a call back. I waited 2 hours...never got a return call. I called a service persons number at North Country and was directed to a scheduler. Why did this NOT happen earlier? Brandon Anderson overcame a negative experience.
